The Strongmates Team was designed not just for individuals to compete under a banner but to create a family of individuals who push one another to get better each day, whether it’s powerlifting, strongman, or any other strength sport they choose to compete in.

Individuals who choose to join Strongmates as competitive lifters will:

  • Have access to Private Group Chat with all competitors regardless of their federation affiliation

  • A Complimentary “Strongmates” Competition Shirt

  • Meet Week and Meet Day Preparation Programming

  • Eligible for In-Person Coaching and Handling on Meet Day
