All Coaching and Programming Requests regardless of option will receive a complimentary consultation to determine the best route in regards to your goals.

Hands-on Virtual Coaching Includes:

  • Weekly Updates

  • 100% Customized Programming

  • Coaching Cues and Form Checks

  • Timely Communication

Specific Lift Consulting $50 per lift or $125 for Full Power

Designed for Powerlifting Movement Critique

  • Breakdown of the specific lift from multiple recorded angles

  • Form check with recommended cues and breakdowns to build the lift to be stronger

Coaching and/or Programming that specializes but not limited to:

  • Powerlifting Offseason, Prep, and Peak Programming and Coaching

  • Strongman Programming and Coaching

  • Hip and Joint Rehabilitation Training

  • General Muscle Building and Strength Training

  • Sport Specific Training

  • Functional Movement Training

Online Coaching and Programming with Multiple Days of Specific Programming

$200 / mo. (Discounted for a Contractual Commitment)

**Contracts are for a minimum of six months up to One year Commitment and can be paid annually, semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly pending on length of contract.

Online Coaching and Programming with Nutritional Guidance/Consulting

  • Nutritional Guidance/Consulting would include Daily/Weekly Macro Breakdowns and recommendations for intake and performance.

$250 / mo. (Discounted for a Contractual Commitment)

Customized Strongmates Programming Template

8 Week Program= $120

12 Week Program= $150

16 Week Program= $180

A programming Template tailored towards the goals for you! The program is designed to be at your pace, whether you just want a start-up plan or even a peak program for your next competition.

(*Programming Option is only available at a minimum of 8 weeks to a maximum of 12 weeks set with NO “Hands-on” Coaching. Programming will have a minimum of 3 workouts a week to a maximum of 5 workouts a week with a “Paid in Full Option” Only for each one.)

Strength Sport Preparation Consulting Service $150

A service option for anyone that may be preparing for their next event or first event. Prepare for your upcoming meet with guidance in the final week or two of your training with services that include:

  • Consultation on how to properly train and “taper off” your programming for your meet

  • Recommendation on nutrition and how to properly recover leading up on meet day

  • Programming Guidance leading up to your event as well as recommendations on how to pick openers and attempts for your meet day
